In 2010, we ended up in Columbia MD, a city which appeared to have no functioning restaurants on a Sunday evening.  So we headed out, and ran across a state park which had a golf course, which had a restaurant which we discovered was open.  The image above is an actual photo of the menu, which talks about "artesian bread".   And not just any old artesian white bread, but traditional artesian white bread!
