One of Flounder's favorite foods is saganaki, flaming haloumi cheese found in Greek restaurants.  The cheese is broiled, covered in ouzo, and the alcohol is ignited (in some cases, the flames have been witnessed to be three feet high!).  The flaming cheese is then extinguished by squeezing a lemon over it.  According to tradition (alleged to have started in a Chicago restaurant in the 1960s) the server cries "Opa!" at the moment of ignition.  This shows the Gray Cat preparing this snack for the Flounder.
