Little Gray Cat confesses to a compulsion to bite parking lot tickets |
|
This refers to two events. One is the Jungian analysis that Gray Cats are descended from the Saber-Toothed Gray Cat of long ago, and still occasionally exhibit some of the feral properties of her ancestral line, including the stalking of onions in the wild. Some years ago, a parking garage had a sign on their ticket dispenser "Please do not stick tickets in your mouth" (it never occurred to us that this was a problem that had to be dealt with) and she confesses that ever since she has had this urge to bite parking-lot tickets. Obviously, this compulsion became so troubling that she has sought psychiatric assistance.
